Will servicing at an independent garage affect my warranty?
No. Under block exemption rules you can have your car serviced by an independent garage without affecting the manufacturer’s warranty, as long as the work follows the manufacturer’s schedule and uses parts of matching quality. That is how we work.
How long does a service take?
Most services are done within the day. Drop off from 8am and we’ll call you when it’s ready, or if we find anything that needs your go-ahead.
Do you stamp the service book?
Yes. Every service is recorded and your book stamped. If your car uses a digital service record, we’ll tell you how it’s been logged.
